Application
Clone
-
-
Specificité
- This antibody recognises aminopeptidase N (APN), a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. Clone R3-63 has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity. We recommend the use of SM1856A for this purpose.
-
Purification
- Affinity chromatography on Protein G
-
Immunogène
- Mouse intestinal APN. Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line.
-
Isotype
- IgG2a

-
Indications d'application
-
Flow Cytometry: The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
